I’m so glad you are here-

Hi! I’m Ellen and I’m so glad you’re here. I have tasted and seen God’s goodness as he has brought me through some difficult times. I feel I have quite a bit to share and a heart to do so. My passions for faith, style, writing and connection with others has inspired me to start madenewstyle.com. I originally started out on Instagram but have recently realized I share WAY more than what IG can handle:)

I reside in WI with my husband of 15 years and my three beautiful children, (ages 11, 9 and 5.) My husband is the hardest worker I know. He can fix anything and is my hero. God has been at work in both of our individual lives and as a couple. Our children are each a story of how God drew us closer to Him. They are each a miracle and we are so grateful that we get to be their parents. Oh! let’s not forget our dog Elly. Don’t tell anyone I told you this, but she secretly has a special spot in my, “I don’t want a dog,” heart.

Meet Kali Marie Photography………

Kali is not only my sister in-law, not only one of my best friends, not only my photographer but also a huge part of the redemption stories on this blog. What started out as a conversation, turned into an idea that Kali would not allow to go stale. Her desire to give these individuals a glimpse of how God sees them with her lens has been a priviledge to witness. She is my redemption story partner and I have loved every moment of collaboration with her.
